Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi stated that the organizational structure of the security forces will be reviewed, saying, "In this context, there may be a change of roles among our colleagues in areas where it is needed."

Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi, during the program he attended, conveyed messages regarding the new term and stated that the organizational structure within the security organization would be reviewed.

"THERE MAY BE A FLAG CHANGE"

Stating that "Our security organization is a large and strong institution consisting of approximately 350,000 people, including 305,000 police officers, 30,000 watchmen, and 16,000 civilian personnel," Minister Çiftçi said, "It has become inevitable to reassess our institutional organizational structure in line with the evolving technology, diversifying types of crime, and the changing needs of our society. Our goal is to transform this large organization, which works selflessly day and night, into the best, most modern, and effective administrative organizational structure. By creating a normative institutional structure based on speed, mobilization, and efficiency, we aim to enhance the quality of services provided to our citizens; at the same time, we aim to improve the working conditions and hours of our personnel. Our top priority is to ensure public order and the safety of our nation. In this context, there may be a flag change among our colleagues in the areas where it is needed; however, our fundamental principle here is stability," he stated.

MONITORING OF SOUND SYSTEMS

Emphasizing that they will continue to resolutely implement measures against those who disturb the public peace by listening to music loudly with music systems added to vehicles later, Minister Çiftçi said, "Because what is important for us is both ensuring traffic safety and maintaining peace and tranquility in the daily lives of our citizens."

"BORDER CROSSINGS HAVE DECREASED"

In response to a question, Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi also stated that there has been no increase in border crossings since the war began: "All necessary measures have been taken at our border gates within the scope of the responsibilities of our Ministry of Interior. Since the war started in Iran, there has been no increase in crossings from our borders; on the contrary, a decrease has been observed. Following the Iranian government's restriction on its citizens' crossings into Turkey, crossings at our border gates have decreased by nearly one-fourth. In contrast, there has been an increase in the number of Iranian nationals returning to Iran compared to the same period last year. Our teams will continue to carry out their duties without interruption during the holiday period."
