INDICTMENT

In the indictment, it was requested that defendant Cemil Koç be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of 'killing with premeditation and inflicting torture with a monstrous feeling against a woman', and for the crimes of 'depriving a person of their liberty by using force, threat, or deception' and 'blackmail', a prison sentence of 4 to 15 years was sought. For the other 7 detained defendants, it was requested that they be punished with 15 to 20 years in prison for the crime of 'aiding and abetting the murder of a woman with premeditation and inflicting torture with a monstrous feeling'. Following the determination that Oğuz Kal participated in the crime committed by suspect Cemil Koç, aggravated life imprisonment was requested for 'participation in the crime of killing with premeditation and inflicting torture with a monstrous feeling against a woman', and a prison sentence of 3 to 12 years for other crimes.

On the other hand, the indictment also stated that Cemil Koç was dismissed from the police force, had been in a relationship with Ayşe Tokyaz for a while, and had a total of 8 separate criminal records, including 1 suspicious death, 3 intentional injuries, and threats.
