According to a statement from Altay, the management under the presidency of Yüksel Gürüz has transferred the company's shares to Görkem Gürüz.

The transfer of professional competitive rights of Altay Sports Club to the planned Büyük Altay 1914 Football and Sports Investments A.Ş. has been carried out today to our Board Member Mr. Hakkı Görkem Gürüz. An important stage in our club's corporatization process has been completed, and the next steps will be finalized with the necessary registration procedures and approvals from the Turkish Football Federation.
