An indictment has been prepared after it was determined that Hikmet Tuğsuz, who is part of the Survivor 'All-Star' cast, was involved in two new crimes. It has been revealed that the Survivor contestant will be arrested upon his return from the Dominican Republic.

One of the most-watched programs on Turkish television, Survivor 2025, has included Hikmet Tuğsuz, who previously competed in 2019 and 2022, in its "All-Star" cast. A striking development has occurred regarding Tuğsuz, who joined the competition later. It has been revealed that Tuğsuz received a total prison sentence of 12 years and 16 months for two separate assault offenses he was involved in on June 27, 2016, and that he entered prison on July 31, 2023, after his sentence was upheld.

HE BENEFITED FROM PROBATION

After staying in prison for a while, Tuğsuz was released by benefiting from the provisions of supervised release, but it was determined that he was also involved in fraud and intentional injury offenses this time. Accordingly, it was claimed that Tuğsuz seized a villa worth 45 million lira in Antalya through fraudulent means last April.

HE TURNED OUT TO BE A CRIME MACHINE

It was determined that the sale of the villa was carried out by obtaining a notarized power of attorney from the owner, Julia Ç, and that Tuğsuz was directly connected to this incident. Additionally, it was learned that Tuğsuz assaulted a person named Bayram D. with a stick on July 20, 2023, and an indictment was prepared against him for the offense of "intentional injury with a weapon."

AN ARREST WARRANT WAS ISSUED

After being involved in two separate crimes during his probation, an arrest warrant was issued for Tuğsuz by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on February 10. Tuğsuz, who went to the Dominican Republic for the competition, will be arrested as soon as he returns to Turkey.
