A 15-year-old child was found dead at home in Pamukkale district of Denizli, shot with a hunting rifle. An investigation has been launched into the incident.

3 SEPARATE HUNTING RIFLES WERE FOUND AT HOME

The incident took place in Pınarkent Neighborhood of Pamukkale district. The husband and wife, who came home from work in the afternoon, found their 15-year-old child shot with a rifle. Neighbors heard the screams of the parents and came to the address. Upon the neighbors' report, they informed the 112 Emergency Call Center about the situation.

Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. Health teams, who arrived at the scene upon the report, determined that Sezgin E. had lost his life. As a result of the examination conducted by the gendarmerie teams at the house, a total of 3 different hunting rifles were taken under protection.

The lifeless body of the child was taken to the Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy. The exact cause of death of 15-year-old Sezgin E. will be determined after the autopsy. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
