Famous singer Edis, who was detained by the police at Istanbul Airport upon returning from abroad, was released under judicial control after blood and hair samples were taken. Today, singer Edis, who was detained at the airport as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was taken to the police station. After his statement procedures at the police station, the famous singer was referred to the Forensic Medicine Institution, and after his blood and hair samples were taken, he was released.
DETENTION IN THE DRUG INVESTIGATION
As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Edis, who had an arrest warrant against him, was stopped and detained by the police at Istanbul Airport upon his return from abroad.
After his detention, the famous singer was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution by the Narcotic Crimes Investigation Department to undergo a drug test.
HIS STATEMENT WAS TAKEN AND HE WAS RELEASED
It was learned that Edis, who was referred to the courthouse to give a statement after the test procedures, was released under judicial control conditions; the investigation process is still ongoing.
Edis had previously stated, "I am ready to do whatever is necessary in all official processes related to the matter. I have no connection to the mentioned issues. I am at ease, and you should be at ease too."
