A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT A YOUNG AGE
Born in 1995 in Elazığ, Tuğçe Orhan graduated with honors from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Fırat University. She also completed her master's degree in public administration at the same university. She began her career in 2021 as an "Elazığ District Governor Candidate" after passing the 110th Term District Governor Candidate exam held by the Ministry of Interior.
ONE OF THE YOUNGEST DISTRICT GOVERNORS IN TURKEY
Orhan completed her professional internships at the Elazığ Governorship, Düzce Akçakoca, and Ankara Gölbaşı District Governorships. Additionally, she received language training in London, England, for 8 months and conducted studies on the administrative system of the United Kingdom. Serving as the Deputy District Governor in Seben for 22 months, Orhan became one of the youngest district governors in Turkey after her appointment to Ladik.
