In Kayseri, a person who drove under the influence of alcohol and claimed to be a driver had their license confiscated. The individual blamed the police, saying, "Are you going to provide for my bread?"
The teams of the Kayseri Provincial Police Department Traffic Inspection Branch conducted a traffic operation on Mustafa Kemal Paşa Boulevard in the Fevzi Çakmak neighborhood of the Kocasinan district. During the operation, a car with the license plate 38 AHZ 299, driven by M.E., was stopped.
2.03 PROMILE ALCOHOL

HIS LICENSE WAS CONFISCATED FOR THE SECOND TIME
It was determined that M.E. had previously had his driver's license confiscated, and for driving under the influence again, his license was confiscated for 2 years. Additionally, an administrative fine of 11,622 TL was imposed.
