Oba Makarna has sold its Noodle Factory located in the Hendek district of Sakarya to the world-renowned Japanese food giant Nissin Foods Holdings.

Oba Makarnacılık, one of Turkey's leading food brands, has transferred its noodle factory located in the Hendek district of Sakarya to the Japan-based food giant Nissin Foods Holdings Co. Ltd. The sale includes all machinery and equipment within the factory.

SALE DECISION NOTIFIED TO KAP

In a statement made by Oba Makarnacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the sale decision was made by the board of directors on September 30, 2025, and the Asset Transfer Agreement was signed on October 1, 2025.

The statement also emphasized that the transaction does not grant investors the right to withdraw under the Capital Markets Board's II-23.3 "Communiqué on Significant Transactions and Withdrawal Rights".
