A 29-year-old female teacher in Austria is being investigated for allegations of gang rape and blackmail involving seven young men aged between 14 and 17. The suspects include young men from Iraq, Afghanistan, Austria, and Romania.
According to a report by Kronen Zeitung, the teacher began a relationship with her 17-year-old former student about a year ago. It is alleged that the woman became pregnant from this relationship and was forced by the young man to have an abortion.
The prosecution states that the couple's sexual encounters were recorded and that these recordings were used for blackmail purposes. The teacher claims that she was coerced into taking and using drugs with these recordings.
The situation escalated further, with allegations that the woman was raped "for hours" on two separate occasions last year by three members of the group. Additionally, the woman's apartment in Vienna was also set on fire.
Five of the young men are currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing for charges of rape, blackmail, and arson. The suspects categorically deny the rape allegations.
Austrian police and the prosecution are refraining from providing further details due to the sensitivity of the investigation. The details of the incident and the identities of the suspects are kept confidential during the investigation process.
