After the release of Fenerbahçe President Sadettin Saran under judicial control, the first statement from the yellow-blue club came. Fenerbahçe Board Members Ertan Torunoğulları and Ali Gürbüz spoke to the press at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan after the decision.
TORUNOĞULLARI: WE HAD NO DOUBT THAT THE RIGHT DECISION WOULD BE MADE
Ertan Torunoğulları emphasized their trust in the Turkish justice system in his statement after the decision, saying:
"We had no doubt that the esteemed Turkish justice would make the right decision. That decision was made, and our president was released."
Torunoğulları continued his statement by thanking the supporters, saying, "On behalf of our president and our board, we thank all our supporters for their calm and sensitive behavior."

Fenerbahçe Board Member Ali Gürbüz stated that the club closely followed the process, saying, "Our president Sadettin Saran has been released. As Fenerbahçe, we are ready to fight any legal and sporting battle to the end."
