The investigation into the suspicious death of Beyza Yavuz (37), who was a guest at her friend's house in Eskişehir, is ongoing. It is believed that Yavuz's death may have been caused by the consumption of counterfeit alcohol. During the search of the house, counterfeit alcohol was found, and the homeowners, I.S.E. (76) and his son S.E. (49), were taken into custody. The son, S.E. (49), was arrested, while I.S.E. (79) was released under judicial control.

A woman staying at her friend's house in Eskişehir has been deemed suspiciously dead, and one of the two suspects detained in the ongoing investigation has been arrested. Beyza Yavuz (37), who was staying as a guest at her friend's house on the 4th floor of an apartment, was found dead inside. According to the information obtained, police teams determined that there was counterfeit alcohol in the house where Yavuz lost her life. The teams from the Provincial Police Department's Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) Branch, evaluating that Yavuz may have died due to counterfeit alcohol, conducted an investigation. As a result of the investigations, I.S.E. (76) and his son S.E. (49), who were found to be producing and selling counterfeit alcohol in their homes, were detained.

During the search of the suspects' home, counterfeit alcohol, materials used in the production of counterfeit alcohol, and illegal cigarettes were seized. The father and son who were detained were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. It was learned that S.E. (49), who was referred to the Magistrate's Court after the prosecutor's interrogation, was arrested, while I.S.E. (79) was released under judicial control.

Autopsy studies are ongoing to determine the exact cause of death of Beyza Yavuz.
