THE JOKE ENDED IN BLOOD
The incident occurred around 4:00 PM in an underground parking lot on Berk Street in the Körfez neighborhood. A.K. started arguing with his friend Ferhat Ozan Yıldırım, with whom he was joking in the parking lot. As the argument turned into a fight, during the struggle, A.K. stabbed Ferhat Ozan Yıldırım in the stomach with a knife he took from the motorcycle's basket.
HE COULD NOT BE SAVED
While Yıldırım collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood, A.K. fled the scene. Upon the notification of the surrounding people, health and police teams were dispatched to the address. Yıldırım, who was taken to Kocaeli State Hospital in critical condition, died despite all interventions.
CAUGHT WITH A KNIFE
As a result of the police team's efforts, A.K. was detained with the knife he used in the incident. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
