A crisis has emerged in the contract renewal negotiations with Juventus' national star Kenan Yıldız. The last meeting between the parties did not yield any results, and it was decided to suspend the negotiations.
Kenan Yıldız, who plays for the Italian giant Juventus, has been in talks with the club for a new contract for a long time. However, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, no agreement was reached between the parties in the latest summit.
It was stated that there is a significant difference in salary between the Juventus management and the national player, and therefore the negotiations have been suspended for an indefinite period.
KENAN'S EXAMPLE OF JONATHAN DAVID
According to the news, Kenan Yıldız requested a salary close to that of Juventus' new transfer, Jonathan David. The 19-year-old star, who currently earns 1.7 million euros annually, wants to reach the level of David, who earns around 6 million euros. It was reported that there is a difference of about 1 million euros per season between the club's offer and Kenan's request.
EUROPEAN GIANTS ARE ONCE AGAIN INTERESTED
This salary crisis that Kenan Yıldız is experiencing with Juventus has once again caught the attention of European giants. Last summer, Chelsea made a bid of 67 million euros for the young player, but Juventus rejected the offer. According to the Italian press, Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Arsenal are preparing to re-enter the race.
COULD EXCEED 100 MILLION EUROS WITH BONUSES
It was reported that Juventus does not intend to sell Kenan Yıldız, but the transfer could be evaluated if an astronomical offer comes in. If the interest from European clubs continues, it is anticipated that the national star's transfer fee could exceed 100 million euros.
HAS BECOME A MAINSTAY OF THE TEAM
With his consistent performance in the Juventus jersey this season, Kenan Yıldız has become one of the most important players of the team, and with the goals he scored and his effectiveness in attack in the matches he played in Serie A, he has also become a favorite among the fans.
