The Sadıkoğlu Mansion, located on the Bebek coast, has come into the spotlight due to claims of "bad luck" following the new owners experiencing financial difficulties shortly after acquiring the mansion. It was also learned that the mansion's most recent owner, Habib Cem Bahadır, faced a seizure last week.

The "Sadıkoğlu Mansion," located on the Bebek coast of Istanbul, has started to be referred to as "cursed" due to the economic difficulties faced by its new owners.

SELLING THE MANSION FOR A 5 MILLION DOLLAR COLLATERAL

Kahraman Sadıkoğlu, a member of the Sadıkoğlu Family, which the mansion is named after, had to sell the family mansion to pay a 5 million dollar collateral due to issues he faced in a business he was involved in Dubai.

BUSINESS WENT BAD AFTER PURCHASING THE MANSION

After the famous businessman Emin Hitay purchased the mansion, things went wrong. In 2019, Hitay sold the mansion to Habib Cem Bahadır for 35 million dollars.

THE LAST OWNER OF THE MANSION FACES SEIZURE

According to a report by Sabah; the new owner of the mansion, Bahadır, faced a seizure last week. It was learned that Bahadır had laid off workers he employed in a construction project in Qatar without compensation, and the workers won the lawsuit they filed. The workers' lawyer also came to the mansion last week with police to initiate the seizure process.
