Along with the new amount, the minimum wage support provided by the government to employers for each minimum wage employee has also been determined.

The third meeting of the Minimum Wage Determination Commission to set the new minimum wage has concluded. After the meeting, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that the minimum wage, which will be valid in 2026, has been increased by 27% to a gross amount of 33,030 TL and a net amount of 28,075 TL.

On the other hand, with this increase, the minimum wage support provided by the state to employers for each minimum wage employee has also been determined. Minister Işıkhan stated that the support, which was 1,000 TL in 2025, will rise to 1,270 TL in 2026.
