According to the statement made by the ministry, in the petition submitted to the Ankara Duty Magistrate, it was stated that the content of the song could harm the family institution, negatively affect the mental development of children and young people, disrupt public order, and cause public outrage.
AN INFLUX OF APPLICATIONS THROUGH CİMER
In the petitions made by citizens through CİMER, it was noted that there were complaints that the lyrics of the song were "contrary to the customs and traditions of the Turkish family," and it was requested that the decision be sent to the Information Technologies and Communications Authority for implementation.
