The accident occurred yesterday around 6:00 PM near the Tatarlı town on the Dinar-Çay highway. The car with license plate 42 U 9860, driven by E.D. (31), collided with the tricycle driven by S.S., who was trying to cross the road. In the accident, both S.S. and his son D.S. were seriously injured. Teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification from the surrounding people. After the initial intervention by the medical team, the injured were taken to Dinar State Hospital by ambulances. While S.S., who was admitted to the hospital, lost his life despite the doctors' intervention, it was reported that D.S.'s condition was critical. Gendarmerie teams detained the car driver E.D. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
