ENGAGED IN A CLASH WITH POLICE WHILE WANTED FOR MURDER
Hüseyin Vuruşkan, who was wanted as a suspect in the murder of Ali Çoban during an armed attack on a car wash in the Kemalpaşa neighborhood five days ago, where one person was also injured, was located while traveling in a taxi as a result of police surveillance.
According to allegations, Vuruşkan threatened the driver of the taxi with a gun, demanding that he escape when the police signaled him to stop. With no place left to flee due to police pursuit, Vuruşkan exited the vehicle on Adana Boulevard and engaged in a clash with the police.
DIED IN THE CLASH
As gunfire created concern in the area, both Vuruşkan and a police officer were injured in the clash. Following the report of the situation by the police teams via radio, health teams were dispatched to the scene. Upon examination by the health team, it was determined that Vuruşkan had died, while the police officer, who was injured in the abdominal area, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Vuruşkan's body was taken to the morgue after an investigation at the scene. The injured police officer is continuing treatment in the hospital. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
