H.Ç.'s son Y.S.A. (17) also became involved in the argument. At that moment, Y.S.A. fired at Emrullah Çiloğlu with a shotgun found in the house. Emrullah Çiloğlu fell to the ground in a pool of blood. Medical teams who arrived at the scene upon notification determined that Emrullah Çiloğlu had lost his life.

After the incident, Y.S.A. was detained by gendarmerie teams. Y.S.A.'s procedures at the gendarmerie are ongoing.
