Musa Toykar, a businessman from Aydınlı in Şişli, Istanbul, was found dead in the fire escape leading out of his bedroom. His son, who had been unable to reach him for about two days, found his father missing when he came home. Site staff reviewing security camera footage determined that Toykar had not gone outside. After checks, Toykar's body, found in the fire escape, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue following investigations.

HIS SON COULDN'T FIND HIM IN THE APARTMENT
The incident occurred yesterday around 12:45 PM in Fulya Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, businessman Aydın Toykar, who came to Istanbul from Aydın about a year ago, started living in a site. Mustafa Kerem Toykar (23), who had not heard from his father for a while, came to Istanbul two days ago. Upon entering the house, Toykar saw that his father was not in the apartment. He then reported the situation to the site's security personnel. The personnel, who reviewed the security camera footage, determined that Toykar had not left the site, but despite all searches, Toykar could not be found.
FOUND HIS FATHER IN THE FIRE ESCAPE
Mustafa Kerem Toykar, upon not seeing his father return, spoke again with the site's security personnel. Toykar and the personnel, who checked the fire escape, found his father Musa Toykar lying motionless on the ground face down. Following the notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The health teams determined that Musa Toykar had passed away.
IT EMERGED THAT HE HAD A CONFIRMED PRISON SENTENCE OF 6 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS
The body of Musa Toykar, who was found to be wearing pajamas, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution Morgue by a funeral vehicle after the work of the Public Prosecutor and the Şişli Crime Scene Investigation Bureau police. It was determined that Toykar's bedroom opened to the common fire escape of the building. The prosecutor's office launched an investigation into the incident, which it classified as a 'suspicious death.'
