Recent allegations of fraud have brought the name of E. K., the founder of Swiss Gold, into the spotlight. Retired Professor Yılmaz Akyıldız, a former faculty member of Boğaziçi University, lost his savings worth 650,000 dollars to a gang. Akyıldız also stated that electronic engineer Cüney Akif Karay was also defrauded.

Hundreds of people, including well-known surgeons and professors from Turkey, were defrauded with the promise of high returns on "gold." According to allegations, E.K., who has multiple convictions for qualified fraud in his criminal record, defrauded these individuals through a company he established by copying the names and activities of prestigious companies abroad and through a fraud network.

It has been claimed that 50 people, including well-known surgeons and professors from Turkey, were defrauded with the promise of "high returns on gold."

It has been alleged that E.K., who reportedly has many convictions for qualified fraud in his criminal record, defrauded hundreds of people, including well-known individuals, through a company he established and a fraud network he organized by copying the names and activities of prestigious companies abroad.

Retired Professor Yılmaz Akyıldız, a former faculty member of Boğaziçi University, lost his savings worth 650 thousand dollars to a gang. Akyıldız also revealed that electronic engineer Cüney Akif Karay was defrauded. Akyıldız stated that he invested in exchange for a total of 300 grams of gold and 8 kilograms of silver in 2019 and 2020, and after two years, when he wanted to withdraw his money, he experienced great disappointment. Expressing his shock by saying, "I couldn't withdraw my money, I was deceived," Akyıldız emphasized that many people have been victimized.
