The Deputy Chairman of the Union of Turkish Municipalities (TBB) and the Mayor of Mersin, Vahap Seçer’s sister, Arzu Seçer, has passed away.

The brother of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Vahap Seçer, Assoc. Dr. Arzu Seçer, who had been receiving treatment for an illness for some time, passed away this morning in Mersin, where she was being treated. The funeral of 47-year-old Seçer will be held today, following the afternoon prayer at 16:00 at Tarsus South Cemetery.

It has been learned that condolences will be accepted at the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Wedding Hall located within Mersin Coastal Culture Park.
