Yasemin Yürük, a member of the iconic group Hepsi, announced the passing of her father, Mehmet Yürük, through a post on her social media account. The famous personality stated that the funeral will be held on Monday, September 8, following the afternoon prayer at the Hamidiye Mosque in Büyükada.
In the early 2000s, the group Hepsi, which made a significant impact on the music world, was founded in 2004 by Gülçin Ergül, Cemre Kemer, Eren Bakıcı, and Yasemin Yürük, quickly reaching a large fan base. However, the group disbanded in 2009 after Gülçin Ergül's departure, marking the end of their musical journey.
Yasemin Yürük, one of the most talked-about names of that period, came into the spotlight this time not for her music career but for the great loss she experienced. Yürük announced the passing of her father, Mehmet Yürük, through a post on her social media account. In her post, she stated, "We have lost our father, Mehmet Yürük. Our funeral will be held on Monday, September 8, following the afternoon prayer at the Hamidiye Mosque in Büyükada. We await your prayers and kind wishes."
