On the 19th day of her disappearance in Diyarbakır, the lifeless body of 8-year-old Narin Güran was found in a sack hidden under stones and bushes in the Eğertutmaz Stream. In the murder case, mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, and uncle Salim Güran received aggravated life sentences. The informant Nevzat Bahtiyar was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison. On the day of the murder, the Şahin Göz camera belonging to the Dara-2 Military Base, which overlooks the village and its surroundings from a commanding height, the security camera footage from the school taken while the little girl was walking with her friends, HTS records, License Plate Tracking System (PTS) records, 95 false reports made to the gendarmerie from the day of the murder until the day the little girl was found, reports obtained from the National Criminal Bureau regarding image resolution, forensic medicine reports, reports from the Van Gendarmerie Criminal Laboratory, images and audio recordings sent to TÜBİTAK for image enhancement, and the statements of defendants and witnesses were all evaluated as a whole, and it was noted that the murder was committed in conspiracy with the knowledge and witness of mother Yüksel, uncle Salim, and brother Enes.
