The British press leaked details of the closed-door meeting between U.S. President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. It was reported that during the summit, Trump, who spoke like Russian leader Putin, expressed his desire for Donbas to be handed over to Russia. Zelensky rejected this proposal, leading to maps being thrown on the floor and insults flying in the air.

The Financial Times reported that U.S. President Donald Trump told his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky during their meeting in Washington on Friday that he should accept Moscow's conditions for ending the war.

"ACCEPT RUSSIA'S TERMS OR YOU WILL BE DESTROYED"

According to a report by the Financial Times based on sources familiar with the matter, U.S. President Donald Trump told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during their meeting in Washington on Friday to accept Moscow's conditions for ending the war, or he would be destroyed by Russia.

"TRUMP CONSTANTLY CURSED"

According to ForInvest News, the meeting between the two leaders was described as "stormy," and it was noted that Trump constantly cursed. Sources indicated that Trump threw aside maps of the front lines in Ukraine. Additionally, the U.S. president asked Zelensky to surrender the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine but was later convinced to support ending the conflict along the current lines of control.

"PUTIN WILL DESTROY YOU IF HE WANTS TO"

A source suggested that Trump's stance was influenced by a phone call he had with Putin the day before his meeting with Zelensky, claiming that Trump warned the Ukrainian leader, "He will destroy you if he wants to." There was no comment from the White House or the Ukrainian presidency.

Trump previously stated that he could not jeopardize national security by sending all of the U.S. weapons to Ukraine and suggested that Moscow and Kiev should remain where they are. While discussing the potential delivery of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, he reiterated that the U.S. could not give all its weapons to Ukraine, stating that it would pose a risk to national security.
