A security guard at a Taco Bell restaurant in California was caught on camera slapping a female customer who refused to leave the establishment.
The footage shows the woman at the Los Angeles branch trying to enter her order at the self-service kiosk while moving away from the security guard. The burly male security guard approaches the customer directly and delivers a hard slap to her face.
Alejandro Sanchez, who recorded the viral video, told SWNS, "The security guard was telling the woman to leave, but she didn't want to go because she was ordering food. Then the guard lost control, and the woman went crazy."
"He hit her very hard. It was very crazy. Everyone was shocked," he added.
After the slap, the young-looking customer, holding her face in shock, moved away from the security guard and went to the other end of the cafeteria area. After a tense conversation with the guard, who followed the woman under the television broadcasting the Super Bowl, she was removed from the restaurant.
Sanchez, a regular at this Taco Bell branch, noted, "Skid Row is just a few blocks away, and there is a lot of traffic," suggesting that the incident may have started because the woman appeared "homeless."
Sanchez stated that the restaurant staff were more concerned about him recording the incident than the slap itself.
