WHO IS BATUHAN ÇOLAK?Batuhan Çolak was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism in 2009. Afterwards, he started his professional journalism career as an editor at Atv Ankara News Center in 2010. In the same year, he started his master's degree in Graphic Design at Gazi University and completed it in 2014. In 2006, during his undergraduate studies, he founded an internet news website called "Haberdokuz" and managed it until 2014. His book titled "Universities in the Grip of Terrorism" was published in 2013. In this book, he addressed the terrorism issues in Turkish universities and examined different marginal groups operating in universities. In 2016, he started working as a columnist at Yeniçağ Newspaper and later became the editor-in-chief of the newspaper's online platform. In March 2020, he was dismissed from his position by Yeniçağ Newspaper. Subsequently, in April of the same year, he founded an internet news website called "Aykırı".
