The statement of Arif Altunbulak, the manager of Bebek Hotel, which continued its activities despite being sealed off as part of a drug investigation and was recently subjected to a police operation, has emerged. In his statement, Altunbulak said, "About 45 minutes before the operation, names from the art, business, and sports community left the hotel."
As part of the 'drug' and 'prostitution' investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office targeting celebrities, one of the addresses related to the crimes, Bebek Hotel, continued its operations despite being sealed on December 28, 2025.

Recently, the gendarmerie conducted a raid on the hotel, which continued its operations despite being sealed. The hotel manager, Arif Altunbulak, was arrested as part of the investigation.

According to journalist Burak Doğan, Altunbulak said, "I have no information on how the hotel was opened after it was sealed. Muzaffer Yıldırım is the owner of the hotel. He can explain this better."

On the other hand, Altunbulak stated that many famous names were at the hotel before the operation; "Before the raid, Ali Koç, Yıldırım Demirören, Nihat Özdemir, Okan Buruk, and Erdoğan Demirören left the hotel. Ali Koç left by boat between 00:00 and 00:30. There are also camera recordings related to this.
Okan Buruk left after the raid around 04:00. Yıldırım Demirören and Nihat Özdemir left 45 minutes before the raid. These individuals were sitting on the left side of the terrace on the ground floor. Okan Buruk was with Fatih Demircan and Bedri Güntay," he stated.

As part of the 'prostitution' and 'drug' investigation, the gendarmerie had conducted a second raid on Bebek Hotel just a few days ago. As part of the investigation, the prosecutor's office requested the arrest of suspects Arif Altunbulak (Bebek Hotel manager), Muzaffer Yıldırım (Bebek Hotel owner), Ceyda Ersoy, Gizem Özköroğlu, Ece Cerenbeli, Burak Altındağ, Sevgi Taşdan, Duygu Açıksöz, Nevin Şimşek, Merve Uslu, Lerna Elmas, Hakan Yıldız, Koray Beşli, Berna Aracı, Gülsüm Bayrak, Veysel Avcı, Özge Bitmez, Suat Yıldız, and Merve Eryiğit, while suspects Binnur Buse Alper, Sedef Selen Atmaca, and Gözde Anuk were referred to the peace criminal court with a request for judicial control measure of "not leaving the residence."
The court decided to arrest the 19 suspects for whom arrest was requested, while ruling for the other 3 suspects to be subject to the judicial control measure of "not leaving the residence."
