The statement of Anıl Ö., who sexually assaulted 5.5-month-pregnant Oya Budak six months ago and was later killed by her ex-fiancé, has emerged. It has been learned that Oya filed a complaint against Anıl Ö. on June 9, while Anıl Ö. denied the sexual assault in his statement. Additionally, Oya recounted her experiences in her statement.
Samet T. called his ex-fiancée Oya Budak to Kılıçpınar Street on June 25 at around 11:30 PM to talk. Oya Budak went to the meeting with her stepbrother D.C. (13). A dispute broke out between the two. During the argument, Samet T. shot Budak, who was 5.5 months pregnant, with the gun he brought with him. Oya Budak, who was seriously injured by bullets that hit her chest and ear, collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood. Samet T. fled in a vehicle with the license plate 34 ES 1380, belonging to his father, and health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of citizens who heard the sounds. After the first intervention by the health teams that arrived at the scene, Oya Budak was taken to a private hospital in Maslak by ambulance for treatment. Despite being operated on there, Budak lost her life along with her baby due to the interventions made.
UNCLE CAUGHT WITH THE CRIMINAL The Sarıyer Public Order Bureau teams, which launched a large-scale investigation into the incident, determined that the suspect Samet T. was in Bağcılar. In ongoing efforts, Samet T. was caught shortly after the incident at his uncle Aytekin T.'s house in Bağcılar, with the unlicensed gun he used in the incident. Samet T. and his uncle Aytekin T., who helped him hide, were taken to the police station. On the other hand, it was learned that Anıl Ö., who was alleged to have sexually assaulted Oya Budak about 6 months ago, was arrested and sent to prison.
"I COULDN'T STOP IT; I WAS TOO SCARED TO TELL ANYONE" The statement given by Oya Budak, who was sexually assaulted, to the police after the assault has emerged. Budak stated in her testimony, "Anıl Ö. is my ex-boyfriend from about 5-6 months ago. We met through the Instagram application in January 2025. We talked for a long time during that period. He called me to Eyüpsultan district, Kemerburgaz neighborhood on a day in January 2025 that I can't remember exactly. We met outside there. Later, he said, 'I will go to my father's workplace; I need to get money from my father,' and we went to his father's workplace together. The workplace was in a dilapidated and deserted area. As far as I remember, there was a pickle shop next to it. When we entered, it was very dark inside despite it being daytime outside. There was no one else there but us. He approached me from behind and suddenly started to attack me. He covered my mouth with his hand and squeezed my wrists. He threw me somewhere there. I tried to scream, but no one heard me, and he forced himself on me against my will. I didn't want it, but I couldn't resist, I couldn't stop it. After that, I was too scared to tell anyone. My family didn't know. About a week ago, I went to the hospital due to abdominal pain and not having my period, and I learned that I was pregnant at the hospital. I had to tell my family about this incident. When my family found out, we went to the place where Anıl Ö. lived on June 9, 2025, to find him. When we found his house, we called the police and requested his arrest. I did not communicate with the person named Anıl Ö. during this 5-month period; I did not want to talk; however, he tried many times to provoke my father to harm me. He sent messages to my father, intending to have my father beat me," she said.
"THE CHILD IS NOT MINE" On the other hand, it was revealed that Oya Budak filed a complaint against Anıl Ö., whom she said had sexually assaulted her, on June 9. In the statement of the suspect Anıl Ö., it was learned that he said, "I met the person named Oya Budak through the Instagram application. Later, we met and became lovers. We were in a relationship for about 1.5 months. During this period, we met many times. When we met, we did not go together to my father's workplace as she stated in her testimony. I did not attack her. We never had forced intercourse. I did not sexually assault her. Oya and I did not have any sexual relations, whether consensual or not. These are completely false accusations. The child is not mine. I did not send any messages to Oya's father in any way. The account that sent the mentioned messages does not belong to me. I do not have such an account," he stated.
