The Terror-Free Turkey Commission went to Imralı.

A delegation consisting of AK Party member Hüseyin Yayman, MHP member Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party member Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit visited İmralı on November 24, 2025. While the commission listened to Abdullah Öcalan, a statement regarding the matter was made by the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, stating, "As a result of the meeting, positive outcomes have been achieved in terms of social integration, strengthening brotherhood, and positively advancing the process from a regional perspective."

The delegation consisting of members from the AK Party, MHP, and DEM Party went to Imralı. In a statement made by the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) after the meeting, it was stated that "positive results were obtained for the advancement of the process."

DELEGATION WENT TO IMRALI

Following the call of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission established in the TBMM decided to visit Imralı recently. As a result of the voting held during the 8th meeting of the commission, the decision for a "visit to Imralı" was made. Following this decision, the delegation consisting of members from the AK Party, MHP, and DEM Party visited the Imralı High Security Prison on November 24, 2025, to listen to Abdullah Öcalan.

TBMM: POSITIVE RESULTS OBTAINED

After the meeting, a statement was made by the TBMM Presidency. The statement included, "Positive results were obtained for the advancement of the process."

During the meeting, it was noted that detailed statements were received regarding the organization's self-dissolution and disarmament following the Peace and Democratic Society Call made on February 27, as well as questions related to the implementation of the March 10 agreement in Syria.

"THE COMMISSION'S DETERMINED AND RESOLUTE ATTITUDE WILL CONTINUE"

As a result of the meeting, the commission reported that positive results were achieved in terms of social integration, strengthening brotherhood, and advancing the process from a regional perspective. The statement emphasized that the commission would maintain its determined and resolute attitude in achieving its goals in the upcoming process.

The commission delegation includes AK Party Deputy Chairman and Hatay MP Hüseyin Yayman, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party Group Deputy Chair Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit.

MINUTES WILL BE KEPT CLOSED FOR 10 YEARS

The minutes of the meeting will be kept closed for 10 years. The transportation of the delegation, the meeting, and all other technical details were organized by MIT. For this reason, MIT conducted a meticulous operation for every stage, including the seating arrangement during the meeting.
