In the investigation into the death of 15-year-old Muhammed Kendirci, who lost his life after air was pumped into his rectal area with a compressor at a carpentry workshop in the Bozova district of Şanlıurfa, one nurse and two cleaning staff members from Bozova Mehmet-Enver Yıldırım State Hospital were suspended for allegedly throwing away Muhammed's evidence-bearing pants on the day of the incident.
In the Bozova district of Şanlıurfa, a new development has occurred in the investigation regarding the death of 15-year-old Muhammed Kendirci, who was killed by his master in the carpentry workshop where he was interning by having air pumped into his rectum. One nurse and two cleaning staff members at Bozova Mehmet-Enver Yıldırım State Hospital were suspended after it was determined that they had thrown away Kendirci's pants, which were considered evidence.
KILLED BY AIR PUMPED INTO HIS RECTUM
The incident occurred on November 14 at the carpentry workshop in Bozova. Muhammed Kendirci, who was interning at the workshop, was first incapacitated by Habip Aksoy (20), who was working as a master, and a friend whose identity is unknown, by tying his hands. Then, the child's pants were forcibly removed, and high-pressure air was pumped into his rectum using a compressor. Muhammed Kendirci was severely injured. Health teams were dispatched to the address upon notification. Kendirci, who suffered serious damage to his internal organs, died five days later at Harran University Research and Application Hospital, where he was being treated. After the autopsy, Muhammed Kendirci's body was buried at Bozova Asri Cemetery.
RE-ARRESTED AND DETAINED
As part of the investigation launched regarding the incident, Habip Aksoy, who was detained, was released under judicial control. An objection was made to the decision, and a detention warrant was issued for Aksoy. He was re-arrested and detained by the court he was brought to. Kendirci's family made a written statement calling for justice.
"WHOEVER IS INVOLVED WILL RECEIVE THE PUNISHMENT THEY DESERVE"
In a statement made on behalf of mother Nebihe Kendirci and father Ahmet Kendirci, it was stated, "Our only son Muhammed was killed by having his internal organs exploded by having high-pressure air pumped into his rectum after being restrained in the workshop he was sent to for an internship. The perpetrator attempted to mislead the judicial authorities by saying, 'We were just joking,' and then attempted to flee. Those who tried to destroy evidence and anyone found to be directly or indirectly involved in this murder will receive the punishment they deserve."
1 NURSE AND 2 CLEANING STAFF SUSPENDED
While the investigation regarding the incident continues, 1 nurse and 2 cleaning staff members at Bozova Mehmet-Enver Yıldırım State Hospital were suspended by the Şanlıurfa Provincial Health Directorate for throwing away Muhammed's pants, which were considered evidence, on the day of the incident. Additionally, footage of Muhammed Kendirci dancing the halay in the furniture workshop where he was interning has emerged.
