In the Dodurga town of the Bozüyük district in Bilecik, a training aircraft made an emergency landing in a field. The pilot of the plane, which took off from Bursa Yenişehir Airport, was injured while exiting the overturned aircraft due to the bumps in the terrain. Health teams transferred the pilot to Bozüyük State Hospital.
Today, at an unspecified time, a training aircraft accident occurred in the Dodurga district of Bozüyük, Bilecik. The single-engine plane, which took off from Bursa Yenişehir Airport for a training flight, was forced to make an emergency landing due to yet-to-be-determined technical reasons.
PILOT INJURED
According to the information obtained, while the training aircraft was flying over the Dodurga area, the pilot decided to make an emergency landing. However, during the landing, the plane overturned due to the bumps in the terrain. In this situation, the pilot, who was trapped inside the aircraft, was injured.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAMS DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE
Following the report of the plane crash, a large number of emergency response teams were dispatched to the area. 112 Emergency Service ambulances, Gendarmerie Command teams, and AFAD search and rescue personnel arrived at the scene.
After coordinated efforts, the injured pilot was safely extracted from the wreckage of the aircraft. It was determined that the pilot's condition was good after the initial intervention at the scene.
INJURED PILOT UNDERGOING TREATMENT
After the initial intervention by the medical teams, the injured pilot was transported to Bozüyük State Hospital by 112 Emergency Service ambulance. According to information obtained from hospital officials, it was learned that the pilot's health condition is good.
