Two large Turkish flags were hoisted at the entrance of the luxury mansion built by fugitive Akın İpek, who is wanted with a red notice for financing the FETÖ terrorist organization, in İncek, Gölbaşı district of Ankara in 2015, which was transferred to the Wealth Fund by court order. It has been learned that the mansion, consisting of twin 4-story villas with 14,182 square meters of open and 7,379 square meters of closed area, will be put up for rental in order to stop FETÖ's financial resources and evaluate the assets belonging to the holding. IT HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE WEALTH FUNDIn August 2024, real estate, including the mentioned villa and 12 companies, including Koza-İpek Holding, was transferred from the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) to the Turkey Wealth Fund.
