Necmettin Çalışkan, a member of the Saadet Party from Hatay, who is part of the Sumud Fleet, described Israel's attacks on ships, particularly its cyber attacks, with the footage he captured.

Dozens of people from all over the world set sail by sea to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, Palestine, which has been devastated by Israel's attacks. Necmettin Çalışkan, a member of parliament from Hatay, shared the latest situation of the fleet and Israel's attacks with the footage he captured during the night hours. It was learned that Çalışkan, who spoke with his family in the morning, is in good health and is heading towards Gaza.

Expressing that there were attacks on the Sumud Fleet during the night, Çalışkan stated, "We are currently continuing our way towards Gaza; we are on the ship. Three of the lead ships were attacked by Israeli soldiers. Our friends on the ship were likely detained, and then the process will continue, and they will be deported. There are many ships, and since we are further back, we have not encountered such a situation."

"IT FIRST OCCURRED AS A CYBER ATTACK"

Çalışkan stated that Israel carried out cyber attacks and attacks on technological devices, saying, "Israel's attacks primarily occurred as cyber attacks. Internet connections and electronic mechanisms were disabled. Israel attacked the steering of some ships and, most recently, detained people on ships approaching its borders. This time, there were so many ships that they crossed this border. It is quite possible that they could approach Gaza tomorrow. All of Israel's previous and current attacks have occurred at night. They attacked last night and the night before, but they retreated due to adverse weather conditions. They did not intervene during the day; only cyber attacks occurred. Now there are attacks on the ships, and three ships have been seized. A similar wait continues for the next ships as well. As for us on the other ships, we are still maintaining our morale and motivation while we wait."
