SHARP DECLINE IN WATER LEVELS IN THE LAST YEAR
On the other hand, according to the data announced by İSKİ; the dam filling rate, which was at 31% in October 2024, has decreased to 23% with an 8-point drop as of October 2025. This rate is also below the average for the same period over the last 10 years. For example, the filling rates were 66% in 2015, 51% in 2018, and 46% in 2021, and this year has been recorded as one of the lowest levels in the last 10 years.
