A video recorded two years ago by Semih Çelik, the murderer who killed two young girls in Istanbul half an hour apart, has emerged. In the chilling video reminiscent of a horror film, Çelik states, "As I leave this life, I want to take a life, and it is more valuable for you to be that person."

Semih Çelik (19), who climbed the Edirnekapı walls in Fatih, Istanbul, decapitated a young girl he killed and threw her head in front of her mother. Then, the suspect jumped off the walls and committed suicide. While the echoes of this shocking event continue to resonate in Turkey, it has been determined that the suspect also murdered 19-year-old Ayşenur Halil in Eyüpsultan half an hour before this atrocity.

A VIDEO HE RECORDED EARLIER HAS SURFACED

After this shocking event that shook Turkey, a video recorded last year by Semih Çelik, who brutally murdered two women, has emerged. In the horror film-like footage, Çelik states that he had previously wanted to kill the young girl but was unable to do so.

"I CAME TO KILL YOU"

In the video published by Ekol TV, Çelik begins by saying, "Ikbal, I wanted to say goodbye to you privately. I am finally dying," and continues, "I apologize for what you have lived because of me. The day I saw you, I came to kill you; as I leave this life, I want to take a life, and it was more valuable to me that this person was you. To take out your heart, your eyes... God helped you so much; I’m glad such a thing didn’t happen."
