Chilling details have emerged in the investigation into the brutal murder of 7-month-pregnant Bahar Aksüt in Adana. It has been determined that the young woman was stabbed to death by the neighborhood muhtar who operated the nightclub because she refused to have an abortion, and her body was thrown into the water after the ice of the dam was broken. The muhtar, who confessed to the murder, has been arrested, and two other individuals connected to the incident have also been sent to prison.

It has been learned that the young woman, who was 7 months pregnant, was stabbed to death by the neighborhood muhtar who runs the nightclub because she did not terminate her pregnancy, and then her body was thrown into the dam after breaking the ice.
Muhtar Mustafa Arıkan THE MURDER SUSPECT TURNED OUT TO BE A MARRIED MUHTAR WITH 2 CHILDREN According to the information obtained, the woman's body found after citizens who went to take photos at the dam reported it was identified as belonging to Bahar Aksüt, who worked at the nightclub in Tufanbeyli. The investigation revealed that the young woman had been stabbed 8 times before being thrown into the dam.
Jandarma teams deepening the investigation discovered that the suspect of the murder was 44-year-old Mustafa Arıkan, the muhtar of Yeni Cami Neighborhood, who is married and has 2 disabled children.
HE KILLED HER BECAUSE HIS GIRLFRIEND GOT PREGNANT It is alleged that there was a romantic relationship between Arıkan and Aksüt, and it was learned that the young woman was 7 months pregnant from this relationship. It was claimed that the muhtar's family did not want the baby after learning about the situation, and that Arıkan pressured Aksüt to terminate the pregnancy.
Öldürülen Bahar Aksüt The murder was determined to have been committed on the night of February 22. It is alleged that Arıkan, along with his friend Vural Ö., went to Elbistan in Kahramanmaraş, picked up Bahar Aksüt and her friend Kader K. (25), and brought them to Tufanbeyli. Later, while Kader K. and Vural Ö. (37) stayed at home, the muhtar took Bahar Aksüt to the edge of the dam at Kürebeli Plateau. There, Arıkan, who wanted the young woman to terminate her pregnancy, became angry when he received a negative response and stabbed the 7-month pregnant Aksüt 8 times, killing her.
HE BROKE THE ICE OF THE DAM AND THREW THE BODY IN After killing the young woman, the muhtar attempted to throw the body into the dam to prevent it from being found. However, he could not do so because the dam was frozen due to the cold. He then took a sledgehammer from the vehicle, broke the ice, and threw the young woman into the dam. He later returned to the house where Kader K. and Vural Ö. were. After a while, thinking that the body would surface, the muhtar took Vural Ö. and Kader K. back to the scene. When the muhtar checked the place where he had thrown the body and saw that the young woman had not surfaced, he returned to Tufanbeyli.
It was claimed that the suspect, who wanted to kill Kader K., who witnessed the murder, changed his mind after the young woman begged him not to.
ALL SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED After the body was found, jandarma teams took action and detained many people connected to the incident, including muhtar Mustafa Arıkan. It was learned that Arıkan confessed to the murder during his interrogation and stated that Vural Ö. and Kader K. also knew about the incident.
After the procedures at the jandarma, muhtar Mustafa Arıkan was arrested for "intentional murder," while the other two suspects were sent to prison on charges of "aiding and abetting."
