Police teams conducting routine checks on Culture Cafes Street in the Kültür neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district of Antalya stopped a motorcycle. During the inspection, it was determined that the driver's license class held by the driver Eyüp T. was insufficient for the motorcycle he was riding.

Eyüp T., who stated that he came to Antalya for university education from Bursa, claimed that he bought the motorcycle about two weeks ago and obtained his license last week, but it did not appear in the system. The driver was fined 11 thousand lira for "insufficient license."

Eyüp T. stated that he is a student and supports himself, saying, "Actually, I have a license, but I haven't obtained a document from the Population Directorate. That's why I got fined. I am a student, my financial situation is very limited. 11 thousand lira is my 3-month scholarship. I don't get much support from my family, I make a living by working. If you ask me about my feelings right now, I have no feelings left, I have lost my emotions. I am thinking about how to pay this debt," he said.
