It has been learned that football commentator Ahmet Çakar, who was detained as part of a betting investigation and was taken to the hospital yesterday, underwent an angiography.

WHAT HAPPENED?
In operations coordinated by the Cyber Crimes Department of the Istanbul Police Department, 38 individuals, including former Adana Demirspor President Murat Sancak, former referee and football commentator Ahmet Çakar, football player Mert Hakan Yandaş, Fenerbahçe Congress Member Ersen Dikmen, who is alleged to have placed bets on behalf of Yandaş, football player Metehan Baltacı, who received a penalty in a previous investigation, and TFF upper-class referee Zorbay Küçük, were detained. The suspects in custody were taken to Bayrampaşa State Hospital for a health check and then brought back to the Istanbul Provincial Police Department.
