Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem reiterated their loyalty and support to Iran, stating that they will not surrender to Israel and will continue to stand against Israeli attacks. Qassem, who promised victory against Israel and the U.S., expressed that they will not back down from this stance.

Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem issued a notable message in the shadow of ongoing conflicts with Israel. In a statement read on Hezbollah's television channel, Qassem announced that attacks against Israel would continue and emphasized that they would "not surrender."

EMPHASIS ON LOYALTY TO IRAN

In his statement, Qassem clearly reiterated their loyalty to Iranian leadership. Describing Hezbollah's struggle in the region as "part of the resistance front," Qassem expressed that they would not step back from this line. The statement also included harsh criticisms directed at the United States.

"WE HAVE SHOWN SUCCESS AGAINST ATTACKS"

The Hezbollah leader claimed that they have "achieved success" against Israeli attacks and U.S. policies. Addressing the organization's members, Qassem called for continued struggle and promised victory. Stating that Hezbollah is currently in a defensive position, Qassem noted that they still maintain their attack capacity.

REJECTED SURRENDER

Qassem conveyed the message, "We will not surrender no matter what," stating that losses and sacrifices would not stop the resistance. The statement clearly expressed that Hezbollah would continue its military activities against Israel.

LISTED CONDITIONS FOR SOLUTION

The Hezbollah leader proposed four conditions for resolving the current crisis. Accordingly, Qassem stated that Israel must stop its attacks, withdraw from the occupied areas, release the detained individuals, and allow displaced Lebanese to return to their homes.

TENSION ESCALATING IN THE REGION

Qassem's statements coincided with a period of intensified clashes along the border between Israel and Hezbollah. In recent days, as mutual attacks have increased in the region, calls from the international community for de-escalation continue. The statement is assessed to potentially raise the tension on the ground even further.

ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON LEBANON

In a statement made by the Israeli army on March 2, it was reported that sirens were activated in the north of the country after detecting missile launches from Lebanon. Subsequently, the Israeli army announced that it had initiated airstrikes across Lebanon, targeting the capital Beirut, and decided to expand its ground invasion in Lebanon with intense attacks from the air and sea.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the number of people killed in Israeli attacks since March 2 has risen to 912, while the number of injured has reached 2,221. The Disaster Management affiliated with the Lebanese government reported that the number of forcibly displaced individuals in Lebanon due to Israel's invasion and attacks has officially exceeded 1 million.
