This time, a luxury restaurant has been added to the companies that engage in imitation and adulteration, putting citizens' health at risk. At Eataly, which serves Italian cuisine in Zorlu Center, cow's milk was detected in the product named "Mozzarella Di Bufala (mozzarella made from 100% buffalo milk)."

To prevent food fraud, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has taken action and started publishing a list of foods that have been counterfeited and adulterated. New companies that endanger citizens' health with fraud have been added to the list. As of March 6, 35 more products have been added to the ministry's list. Thus, the total number of products has risen to 1,346.

Previously, sunflower seeds were found instead of pistachios in baklava, vegetable oil instead of cheese in kaşar cheese, and poultry meat instead of sausage. In the latest update, a luxury restaurant listed has drawn attention. At Eataly, located in Zorlu Center in Istanbul and serving Italian cuisine, cow's milk was detected in the product named "Mozzarella Di Bufala (mozzarella made from 100% buffalo milk)." Additionally, the restaurant's menu features a salad priced at 690 lira and pasta dishes averaging 600 lira, which has also attracted attention.
