It is stated that in the examinations conducted with artificial intelligence-supported systems, some letter codes in the e-Government service report may lead to consequences ranging from the cancellation of retirement to legal proceedings.
650 THOUSAND RETIREMENTS CANCELLED
According to data from the last 5 years, the retirement processes of approximately 650 thousand individuals who were found to be insured despite not actually working have been cancelled. It is reported that SGK can quickly detect fake workplaces, shell companies, and false insurance notifications with its next-generation algorithms.
WHAT DO "K, Ş, S" CODES MEAN?
According to experts, the letter codes in the e-Government service report mean the following:
- K (Controlled): Indicates that the workplace is under examination.
- Ş (Suspicious): Indicates that there is a serious suspicion of irregularity in the insurance notification.
- S (Fake): Indicates that the transaction has been confirmed as fake. In this case, the premiums are canceled and the retirement is revoked.
It is particularly noted that the "S" code indicates severe penalties.

For individuals identified as having retired through fraudulent methods, not only is their salary cut, but SGK also demands the return of the pension payments made so far and the cost of the health services provided, along with legal interest. It is stated that the process can extend to seizure actions and prosecution for "forgery in official documents."
