Pegasus Airlines, by delaying its flight at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport from 22:30 to 01:30, caused frustration among passengers. The airline's poor management of the situation, along with providing a small cake and a glass of water as a gesture, further aggravated the passengers.

DELAYED TWICE, PASSENGERS REVOLTED

Passengers at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport were infuriated by the delays caused by Pegasus Airlines. The company first rescheduled its 22:20 flight to 23:25. Passengers waiting to board the plane were soon hit with a second shock. Pegasus then delayed the flight to 01:30. The company's late notification of the delay only added to the passengers' frustration.

ONLY A SMALL CAKE AND WATER WERE PROVIDED

Pegasus' incompetence did not stop there. After announcing that they would provide a gesture to the passengers due to the delay, the company only offered a small cake and a glass of water.

"THIS IS NOT A DELAY, IT'S BASICALLY CANCELLATION"

Angry passengers stated, "This is not a delay, it's basically a cancellation. If they had informed us from the beginning that it was canceled, we could have made our plans for the next day or arranged our flight with another airline to avoid being stranded."
