The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put the Aydınlı Clothing Group, which has 690 stores and was transferred to the Treasury, up for sale with a starting price of 20 billion 350 million TL. The group, which holds the licensing rights for world-renowned brands such as U.S. Polo Assn., Pierre Cardin, and Cacharel, is awaiting its new owner in today's auction.

One of the strongest groups in the ready-to-wear sector, Aydınlı Giyim Grubu, is also included in the TMSF's sales program. The estimated price for the sale of Aydınlı Ready-to-Wear, PLS Brand Marketing, PCU Textile Representation, and Aydınlı Fashion Textile has been set at 20 billion 350 million TL.

The estimated price for the auction to be held on September 23, 2025, has been set at 20 billion 350 million TL. The participation guarantee is 1 billion 200 million TL, the specification fee is 200 thousand TL, and the data review and facility visit fee will be 2 million TL.
