TOKİ will offer a total of 188 properties for sale through an auction method on November 26 in 27 provinces, including Istanbul and Ankara. The properties can be purchased with a payment plan of either 48 or 36 months, depending on the buyer's preference. A 15% discount will be available for those who wish to make a cash payment.

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change will auction 188 properties in 27 provinces, including Istanbul and Ankara, on November 26.

188 PROPERTIES IN 27 PROVINCES WILL BE SOLD

According to information obtained from TOKİ, the institution is preparing to tender for the sale of 188 properties it owns in 27 provinces.

In the auction to be held by open bidding, 188 plots located in Aksaray, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Giresun, Istanbul, Izmir, Karaman, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Niğde, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Uşak, and Van will be offered for sale.

Additionally, 2 properties in Izmir and Malatya will be rented out through open bidding.

UP TO 48 MONTHS INSTALLMENT OPTION

In the auction, the properties will be sold either in cash or on credit, depending on the request of the bidder who remains on the tender. Buyers will be able to acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, tourism, agriculture, livestock, private education, industrial storage, urban development, unplanned land, logistics, and social facilities either in cash or with a 25% down payment for 48 months or a 40% down payment for 36 months.

Those who wish to pay the full amount in cash will be offered a 15% discount.

The auctions will take place on November 26 at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building.
