U.S. President Donald Trump, targeting the media outlets in his country, said, "The fake news media hates to report how successful the U.S. military has been against Iran. Iran has been completely defeated and wants a deal; but this is not a deal I will accept." Trump did not provide any details regarding the proposal for a deal.
U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Iran wants to make a deal, saying, "But this is not a deal I will accept."
In a post on his social media account, Trump targeted the press organizations in his country, arguing that the successes of operations against Iran have been deliberately overlooked. Stating that Iran is currently seeking a deal but that he is closed to conditions, Trump used the following expressions:
"IRAN HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DEFEATED"

"ALL MILITARY TARGETS ON HARK ISLAND HAVE BEEN DESTROYED"
Meanwhile, in another statement made late at night, Donald Trump stated that they targeted Iran's Hark Island, claiming that "all military targets here have been completely destroyed." Trump asserted that the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) carried out one of the most intense airstrikes in Middle Eastern history, claiming, "All military targets on Hark Island, which is Iran's most valuable asset, have been completely destroyed."
Trump expressed a preference not to attack the oil infrastructure on the island but noted that he would reconsider this decision if there were any interference with the free and safe passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
U.S.-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
Israel and the U.S. launched a military attack on Iran on February 28 while negotiations were ongoing between the Tehran and Washington administrations.
Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel.
In the U.S.-Israel attacks, Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.
According to Iranian officials, the death toll from the U.S.-Israel attacks has exceeded 1,348, and the number of injured has surpassed 17,000.
