Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky accepted Putin's offer. Zelensky, who said he would be waiting for Putin in Turkey on Thursday, stated, "Ukraine expects a complete ceasefire to begin on Monday to provide the necessary ground for diplomacy. I hope this time the Russians won't look for excuses to say 'we can't'."
