Turkish Airlines (THY) has made a new statement after the disruption of flights in many airports worldwide due to a malfunction caused by the software of the cybersecurity company Crowdstrike. THY stated that the global technical issues have been largely resolved and said, "All our departments continue to work tirelessly to ensure the normal course of our operations."

FLIGHTS SUSPENDED IN AIRLINES
Many sectors, including airline companies worldwide, banking, and emergency services, were negatively affected due to the software of the cybersecurity company Crowdstrike. The global problem that affected almost the entire world in a short period of time also brought the airline system to a halt, challenging many airline companies.
While flights were suspended at airports, more than a thousand flights were canceled worldwide throughout the day. Istanbul Airport stood out as one of the least affected airports during this process.
