In the Edremit district of Van, 23 students were hospitalized after feeling unwell from the food they ate during the program organized for Local Goods Week.
23 STUDENTS FELT UNWELL DURING LOCAL GOODS WEEK
At Mehmet Akif İnan Primary School in the district, 23 students experienced nausea and vomiting after consuming food during the program held for Local Goods Week. Noticing the situation, the school administration immediately called 112 Emergency Call Center to request medical assistance.
THEY WERE HOSPITALIZED
Ambulances and health teams quickly arrived at the scene and provided first aid to the students in serious condition before transporting them to Yüzüncü Yıl University Dursun Odabaş Medical Center and Van Training and Research Hospital. It was stated that an investigation has been initiated regarding the matter.
